    Our organization will provide affordable living arrangements for a variety of special needs populations. Both short-term and long-term licensee agreements will be available after the screening process depending on one’s needs. Each room will come fully furnished with a bed, dresser, and television. The living room, dining room, and kitchen will be shared areas with upgraded appliances.

Our Process

Our process focuses on our core belief that the personal, physical and mental well-being of our residents come first. We collaborate with a number of organizations that meet the needs of our populations. We are devoted to providing exceptional services that will help establish a positive reputation that will continue to bring success at the new locations.

Application & Screening

Unlike most providers that have a checklist of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our residents will originate via a shared referral source. This could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker, or family member. A background check and drug test will be conducted as well as income verification. Forms of payment will be discussed during screening.
